Welcome to BBG Book Group!  (Formerly known as Babes with Bubs Book Group!) Though I do feel that BBG feels slightly more inclusive!

 

We are a book group that was established around 2 years ago now which was born from a conversation with a fellow new mother (I will call E) realised that we never ever had time to read anymore, and it was something we both wanted to endeavour to do on a regular basis. 

 

Books have always been a huge part of my life, growing up in Australia there was nothing more exciting than a brand new Enid Blyton book and stories of boarding schools and midnight feasts!  I eventually graduated to Sweet Valley High and Nancy Drew, and then weirdly... Steven King.  I'm more Nicci French and Sophie Hannah these days, but my love of the weird and wonderful still makes up a little of my chosen reading list. 

 

Our home is full of bookshelves mixed with my husbands love of Sci fi and Fantasty, my much loved Marian Keyes mixed with anything murdery, and my little dudes Narnia collection, wibbly pig, Dr Seuss and Peter Pan books, thank goodness he loves a story!
