Mama's Day Homage to Mamas!

In honour of Mothers Day or Mama's Day as its known in our house I thought I would turn this post into a Homage to Mamas and all their great deeds! So here is why Mums rock!

Mums are amazing, mums are the best! Mums only have five minutes to get dressed !

They wash and pick up, they cook and they clean,

And of course thats from scratch whatever do you mean?

They always try hard but always feel guilty

The meats overdone and the spinach too wilty!

They stand in the cold and the rain and they cheer,

At playparks or football games and tennis all year!

So on Mama's day tell your mum shes the best

Give her a wine and tell her to rest!

Cause come Monday she'll be back, she'll clean and she'll cook

And at bedtime she'll get you in bed with a book!

Cause that's what Mums do, they Man up they get on it

They are just superheroes with a far better closet!
